In this guided meditation you will use the power of mindfulness to call in the light of your pure awareness and open to gratitude for the blessings of your life in the present moment. By opening to gratitude you can receive each moment as gifted, and become more fully alive to the greater truth and magic of life.
Gratitude has many positive benefits on your body, mind, health, and relationships, and is one of the biggest factors for mental health and life fulfilment. It is a natural state of your unconditioned self, and allows the spirit of this unconditioned self to shine through you. It also opens a portal for communing with the greater truth and magic of life. Such is the true purpose of your life.
This simple gratitude meditation can form part of your daily gratitude practice to cultivate and embody gratitude, and in so doing will help to release you from reactivity and toxic thought, and take you deeper into your self-realisation, spiritual awakening, and wellbeing, and into the magic of life. It can be practised at any time, and is an excellent practice for the morning or evening.
